Great 63 Mile Ride - 95 Heat Index

Great morning ride. Was especially excited about this ride to try out my new X-Bionic Shirt Trick Shirt (www.ultra-runner.com: Enter SID10 at checkout to save 10% of your order. Use caps for the letters) Wow, incredible technology. I never wore anything as amazing as this shirt was. While I rode in very hot conditions, the shirt helped me keep my body cooler. Thank goodness as well that I had a lot of fluids with me. Completed 63 miles.

Saturday's 65 Mile Ride

What a day Saturday was. I got to see an incredible sunrise and the Dolphins swimming in the ocean. Simply incredible. It was one hot day! I ended up doing 65 miles and thank goodness I wore the best protective clothing to keep me cool and protect me from the sun. I also got to try the StreetStepper which is quite the interesting workout!

Met Another ElliptiGO Rider

I have been riding the ElliptiGO for 3.5 years and never had the opportunity to stop and talk to another ElliptiGO rider while riding. Well sure enough while riding today, I saw another rider and stopped to talk for a few minutes. Now 2 riders in 1 week. Maybe a sign to come :).
